These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services provided by Plixel Studios Inc. (“Plixel,” “we,” “us,” “our”) (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you disagree, do not use the Services.
1) Who These Terms Apply To
These Terms apply to:
- Creators and teams using Plixel’s production tools (e.g., projects, scripts/prompts, asset uploads, shot generation, review workflows).
- Publishers who publish content through Plixel for others to view.
- Viewers/Subscribers who watch or interact with published content through Plixel’s subscription streaming offering.
- Anyone visiting our sites, contacting support, or otherwise interacting with the Services.
If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes the organization.
2) Eligibility and Accounts
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services (or older where required by law). If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2.2 Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
We may suspend or terminate accounts to protect the Services, users, or third parties.
3) Subscriptions, Credits, Purchases, and Billing

- Entry: $9.90/month — 100 credits included
- Pro: $49.00/month — 500 credits included

As of the “Last Updated” date, creator plans include maximum episode length limits:
- Entry: up to 2 minutes
- Pro: up to 5 minutes
- Studio: up to 15 minutes
We may enforce these limits technically (for example, by restricting generation, publishing, or sharing beyond plan limits).
3.3 Credits and additional credit purchases
Certain features require credits (for example, generating or processing shots). Credits included in your subscription reset or renew on the cadence described in your plan.
You may also purchase additional credits at $0.15 per credit. Additional credits:
- have no cash value and are not a bank account or stored value product,
- are generally non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law,
- may be subject to expiration, caps, or usage rules disclosed at purchase or in-product,
- may be adjusted if we detect fraud, chargebacks, abuse, or technical errors.
3.4 Renewals, cancellations, refunds
Subscriptions typically renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by Plixel in writing.
3.5 Taxes and payment processing
Prices may exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge applicable fees and taxes using your selected payment method.
